Our company provides a series of services to our customers.

HomeCare Standard Package :

• Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents.
• 2 Monthly inspection visits comprising the following:
• Check all contents against inventory.
• Perform a visual inspection of the exterior, looking for any obvious defects.
• Perform a visual inspection of the interior, checking for wear and tear and noting the general and specific state of the décor.
• Thoroughly air all the rooms (subject to external weather conditions).
• Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action.
• Test all appliances and electrical equipment to make sure all are in good working order.
• Examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear.
• Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing.
• Make sure all your security services and equipment are fully functional.
• We publish a monthly Owner Report detailing any problems or recommendations regarding your property complete with photographs where necessary We act as your local information source.
  
  

1. Decorating and Maintenance Time: Wind and weather all take their toll on your property. We have a number of approved contractors who, under our watchful eye, undertake high quality internal and external repairs and decoration to your own specification.
2. Cleaning: Annual Spring Clean, Builders Clean, First Clean Whatever your special requirements you can be assured that our HomeCare team will provide the cleanest of cleans to ensure your home is kept spick and span.
